PIKACHU IS AT CRITICAL MASS!

amredthelectorSo, a pokemon RP got started on my forum. All the players are kinda having an issue with the GM, but it's going relatively smoothly for a WoA rp. (However, the server's been down for a while, so it's kinda hit a grinding halt) All of the characters are just setting out from Pallet... except for me. I worked it out with the GM so I could be someone's older brother and use my team from FR.
And lo, did doodles come out of this.
As I said I'm playing my FireRed team. This is my character, Israel Strauss, and his Blastoise, Tao.
Israel got his starter at age 11, from a neighbor kid who didn't really want a Squirtle. Tao was warmly welcomed into the Strauss family, where he learned that on the stomach of Munchie, Mr. Strauss's starter, was a great place to take a nap.
Now, howsabout introducing the team?
Tao, you've already met. (And it's pronounced 'Dow'). He's so happy being a giant gun turtle. X3 I think Tao is the dad to the rest of the team. He keeps them from killing each other, and is just the solid backbone that keeps us all together.
Brushback, my Primeape. His nature is listen at 'Docile'. A DOCILE PRIMEAPE. Do you have any idea how absurd that is?
Naga, my Hypno, wasn't caught on FR. I caught him on LG, and shuffled him over because I needed a physic on team FR. I never thought I'd like Drowsee or Hypno, but Naga proved me wrong. Though I did have to buy his love through soda and rare candy...
Andromeda, the Raichu. Say what you will about the Pikachu family being weak, but I just love all three. Andy was the first time I ever evolved a pikachu, though. I'm always so scared about my pokemon hating me for making them evolve, but Andy always comes up right to the front of the screen when I give her stuff, so I don't feel that bad. :)
Elre. Elre is my Nidoking. He's sort of the loose cannon of my team. I caught him around the same time as Brushback and Andromeda, but his stats are constantly low. He's got a lot of scars, because he feels like he has to prove himself.
He and Israel sometimes have lemonade and talk about guy stuff.
FREEEEEEDDDDD!!!!! I love Fred. Fred is the team's power house. If ever anything is going bad, and just send out Fred and he wipes the field. And while he has a really high Special Attack, he prefers to just run head long into stuff.
Bouku is my Charizard on LG. He loves Ramune.
Heh. This is Pete, a spinarak I have on Crystal. (Yes, I still play Crystal) Pete is named after Peter Parker, of course. .....Unfortunately, two days after naming Pete, I noticed that Pete is a girl. > < D'oh.
Spoink is, with out a doubt, my favorite 3rd gen pokemon. CUTEST. PSYCHIC. EVER. I even have a Spoink plushie.
But Eevee is, and always will be, my favorite pokemon. It was the first card I got, and I just love it.
That doesn't stop be from adoring Torchic, though!
This is... rather old. But, hey, tap dancing pikachu.
I drew this for someone to cheer them up. It's what inspired Fred's name. Y'know. Fred Astaire.
*snrk* This was inspired by X's birthday. I got him two little pokemon toys - a Lucario and a Mudkip. The mudkip is bigger then the lucario, so all throughout that day we had Lucario riding on Mudkip's back, yelling things like 'FORWARD!' and 'UPWARD!'
Uuuh.... this isn't a pokemon... but it's still cute.
And that's it. I'll probably doodle the other players' characters when the forum is back online.

And my friend D turns 17 this Friday.
.....and just continuing along that line of thought, I turn 17 on February 5th. Which is actually probably gonna suck, because it's our state's caucus AND Mardi Gras, so I'll probably hear either 'Vote for -candidate-' or 'Gimme beads and I'll strip!' all day long instead of 'Happy Birthday!' Bleeeeeeeh.

Date: 2008-02-01 02:35 pm (UTC)Yeah, the lemonade thing is great. For some reason, Elre really does come up closer to the screen when I give him Lemonade then any other heath item. And the rp is... fantastic. X3 I really haven't gotten involved in it yet, but the posts about little kids trying to figure out how to make their start attack are hilarious.
