Wow. That's.. shitty, as far as the job goes. Eibborn's right; that sort of schedule might be against your local labor laws, so I'd check on it. Though, admittedly, lots of shady stuff happens in smaller companies and jack gets done about it.
It might be good to tolerate until you are out of high school, or just to have something to put on a resume` when you go out looking for another job. :T
