i see this way too damn often

I'm going to be going to a corn maze with X and some of his friends this saturday if all goes right. Except, he (and his friends) have this little quality that just bugs the hell out of me. They want to do something big and fun, but they don't really lay real plans. They sort of have the mentality of 'Lol, we don't have to actually make arrangements in advance! Everything will come together and be hunky-dorey.'
NO. No, it will not. It never has. Practically everyone I know in person under the age of 21 believes this. I've seen it way too many times to know that if you don't lay real plans, and don't tell people the entirety of what's going on, half of them won't even show up. adjskhgfjkg PET PEEVE.
